Monday Drop-In Meditation Mondays at 10:30 AM on Zoom Drop-In Meditation offers our members an opportunity to meditate at home, in the company of others.
There is no leader for this group, and no guidance provided on meditation. (Beginners may contact the coordinator for resources on learning to meditate.) When you arrive at the zoom session, your microphone will be automatically muted. Use your own timer, sitting for as long as you choose. Sit in silence, or listen to a guided meditation or sound if you prefer. You may join a few minutes after the start - you won't disrupt anybody. The silent meeting will end after 20 minutes, at which time you may stay and unmute for a bit of conversation with fellow meditators. The zoom link remains the same every Monday. If you keep a record of the link, you can attend without registering. If you register for each session you plan to attend, you will receive a reminder the morning of the session with the zoom link.
