Mindful Meditation Weekly Meditation Group May 2,9,16,23 Please join GNPS member, Frannie Hoff as she shares her knowledge of mediation techniques. There will be a 30 minute sitting, followed by a reading and discussion about how to use meditation to help us in our day to day lives. The meditation approach is mindfulness, learning to be present with both our mental and physical experiences. Frannie has been practicing meditation for about 16 years and has taken training in mindful meditation. She has also facilitated a meditation group for more than 10 years. New and experienced meditators are welcome. Meditation will be in chairs.
