on anxiety, depression and stress in a post vaccine world
 with Jennifer Bress, PhD
Assistant Professor of Psychology, Weill Cornell Medicine,
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Westchester Behavioral Health Center

Topics to be discussed include:

• Problem-solving (e.g. "What can I do if I want to meet up with a friend who has a different level of caution around social distancing than I do?")
• Letting go of anxieties that are no longer as realistic as they were a few months ago (e.g. continuing to worry about getting Covid when everyone in the group has been vaccinated)
• Using values as a guide for behavior (e.g. values of health, connectedness with friends/family, etc.)
