At the meeting we will
meet the candidates for the GNPS Board of Directors
learn what GNPS has been up to this year and
the exciting things to come
and
raffle off some great prizes
Your registration is your raffle ticket.
 

The election for 4 Board of Directors openings will be online.

Candidates will also speak at the Annual Meeting if you want to vote after hearing from them.

Be sure you are logged into the website as a member and your name
appears in the top right corner to have access to the Register Now button.
Only members can register and vote.

IMPORTANT: In order to be in compliance with our Bylaws we are required to have an election each year, and a quorum of 10% of active GNPS members must vote, which at the present time, will be approximately 55 members.  Because our meeting this year will be on-line, rather than in person, voting for 4 Board of Directors positions will be only by PROXY, rather than by paper ballots. 
 
  Please vote for up to 4 candidates, and submit your proxy ballot as soon as possible. Linda Brown, chairperson of the Nominating Committee, will vote for the candidate(s) of your choice. 

Submit your ballot by Friday, October 29th.
