IMPORTANT: In order to be in compliance with our Bylaws we are required to have an election each year, and a quorum of 10% of active GNPS members must vote, which at the present time, will be approximately 65 members. Because our meeting this year will be on-line, rather than in person, voting for 4 Board of Directors positions will be only by PROXY, rather than by paper ballots.
Below is a link to the Proxy Ballot with information about each candidate. Please vote for up to 4 candidates, and submit your proxy ballot as soon as possible. Linda Brown, chairperson of the Nominating Committee, will vote for the candidate(s) of your choice. Please submit your ballot at least by Tuesday, October 27th.
