So You Think You Know Roast Chicken
In this class we will prepare roast chicken and use for 3 meals
Roast Chicken & Mashed Potatoes
Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Chicken Chaufa (Peruvian Fried Rice)
Class length varies by number of participants, be prepared to spend up to 2 hours in the class. There may also be a pre-class tasks to set you up for culinary success.
You are welcome to make all or some of the recipes, or cut recipes in half.

Join Chef Felix Martinez for a Virtual Cooking Class on Zoom. Each class will include 1-3 recipes which you will cook along side the chef. About one week before each class, you will get a list of shopping ingredients and on the day before the class, you will get the recipes and any advance prep instructions. All skill levels are welcome. Let's get cooking!
