Class length varies by number of participants, be prepared to spend up to 2 hours in the class.
There may also be a pre-class tasks to set you up for culinary success.
You are welcome to make all or some of the recipes, or cut recipes in half.
Shopping list
will be sent to all registrants at least
one week before class

and any pre-class setup witll be sent a day
or two before class

Join Chef Felix Martinez for a Virtual Cooking Class on Zoom. Each class will include 1-3 recipes which you will cook along side the chef. About one week before each class, you will get a list of shopping ingredients and on the day before the class, you will get the recipes and any advance prep instructions. All skill levels are welcome. Let's get cooking!
