This small group discussion will focus on the problems of aging and
changes in our lives as we grow older.
We will share ideas and discuss practical solutions to problems, caregiving and self-help.
People are welcome to discuss any particular issues/concerns
related to aging.
This group meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 11am
