Estate Planning and Elder Law: Protecting Your Assets
Michael J. Greenberg, Esq
Wednesday, November 2 at 11:00AM
Learn how to legally avoid estate taxes and nursing home costs, as well as how to keep family assets from ultimately ending up in the hands of your children’s spouses, all without surrendering control.
You will be taught what needs to be done in order to pass assets to children free of estate taxes, how you can protect your home from future nursing home costs, how you can avoid in-laws from gaining access to your family’s estate, and how to avoid problems that may arise out of the probate process.
How trusts and other estate planning documents (Will, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney) can be used to accomplish these goals will be discussed.
Please feel free to submit your questions when you register or by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org before the presentation. There will be time after the presentation for Q&A.
