Lisa Beth Miller, LCSW-R, BCD is the Outreach and Referral Coordinator at Lighthouse Guild. She previously served as Social Work Manager for Lighthouse Guild's Continuing Day Treatment Program and has served on the Board of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work Met Chapter, where she initiated and developed the Society’s online listserv, which thrives, today, as the main reason given for members appreciating their membership. She brings extensive experience as a licensed clinical social worker on an inpatient psychiatric unit, in outpatient mental health clinics, in schools and in private practice to her work connecting people with vision impairment and blindness to services and information they need, both at Lighthouse Guild and beyond.
