Volunteer in Prospect Park The Prospect Park Alliance has reached out once again to GNPS and other community groups to help care for our wonderful park. Here is some information. If you would like to participate, please register for this event. We GNPS volunteers will work together as a group on that day. Our meeting place will be the Carousel, located inside the park at Flatbush Avenue and Ocean Avenue (the Willink Entrance). Public Transportation: B41 bus on Flatbush Avenue to Ocean Avenue stop; B or Q train to Prospect Park station.
World Sustainability Day Saturday, October 26th, 11 AM - 2 PM
Prospect Park Alliance is the non-profit organization that sustains, restores and advances Prospect Park, Brooklyn's Backyard, in partnership with the City of New York. The Alliance provides critical staff and resources that keep the park green and vibrant for the diverse communities that call Brooklyn home.
