Good Neighbors of Park Slope,

Park Slope Center for Successful Aging and

YMCA of Greater New York

Invite you to a demonstration and instructions on the use of the new fitness equipment recently installed next to Harmony Playground (9th St entrance to the park). This equipment is designed for older adults and is meant to be accessible for all ability levels.

Demo and instructions will be held on

Tuesday Sept 17 at 10am

Thursday Sept 19 at 1pm

Tuesday Sept 24 at 1pm

Thursday Sept 26 at 10am
