Join this Zoom dance class to try out Essentrics®, an amazing 'Aging Backward' program that lengthens, strengthens and energizes the body in a simple yet highly effective and focused approach. Essentrics workouts aim at increasing mobility, improving flexibility and building strength in your body. As we age, we lose muscle mass, which also weakens our ability to do regular activities. When we do full body exercise, we become stronger as we are able to maintain our very important muscles cells. No matter your current level of fitness, Essentrics has a workout for you. With as little as 25 minutes of Essentrics, everyone can stay feeling young and vibrant their entire life. If enough members are interested after this introductory class, we will arrange a series of classes for our members to enjoy. Diane Jacobowitz, instructor, is a professional dancer who has had a distinguished career in performing, choreography and arts administration. She has taught dance to youth and adults of all ages and backgrounds for 26 years at numerous institutions including professional studios, public and private schools and colleges and universities.
